Privacy notice

Blestonex Global Services Ltd · Last updated 30 September 2026

This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use blestonex.com or send us an enquiry, what we do with it, who else handles it, and how long we keep it. We have tried to write it plainly and to describe what our systems actually do.

Who we are

Blestonex Global Services Ltd (RC 8363089), 35 Chief Simon Eke Street, Alcon, off Woji, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, is responsible for the personal information described here.

Contact us about anything in this notice at info@blestonex.com or on WhatsApp at +234 703 207 8669.

Enquiries about cakes, catering and home-care products are handled by Chidamsel, our catering line. Those enquiries go to our catering desk as well as to our office.

What this notice covers

Our website, blestonex.com; the enquiry desk on the website; and enquiries you send us by WhatsApp or email. Our Word Heist app has its own privacy notice.

Browsing the website

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. We do not follow you around the internet and we do not build a profile of you.

Like almost every website, some parts of the page are delivered by other companies, whose servers will see your IP address and basic browser details when your browser asks for them:

Using the enquiry desk

Replies on the enquiry desk are written by an AI assistant. It takes the details of your enquiry and passes them to the right person in our team. It does not set prices, confirm dates, accept or refuse orders, or make any decision about you. People at Blestonex do all of that.

What we collect. Whatever you type into the chat. Usually that is your name, a phone number or email address, your location, and the details of what you need.

Why. To answer your enquiry, put you in touch with the right person, and prepare a quotation. We use it because you asked us to, as a step towards a possible agreement with you.

What happens to it. When the assistant has the details it needs, a summary of your enquiry is emailed to our team so that a person can contact you. If you close the page part-way through a conversation, what you had already told us is still sent, so your enquiry is not lost. If you press Continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens with that summary already written for you to send.

Other information used by the desk.
